Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, we understand that you might not need the unit for long term use, so all of our units are rented on a month to month basis.
How much notice do I need to give you before I move out?
We require you to give us a two week notice before moving out of your storage unit.
What times am I allowed to access my unit?
At Eagle Storage, we allow you to have access to your unit 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
Can I send someone to access my unit that isn't me?
Anyone that you give your access code to can access your storage unit. Nobody else will have any access to your unit without your consent.
Will my Storage Bin be insured?
We offer insurance at the time of purchase, however, it is not required. There is also a good chance that you are already covered by homeowner's or renter's insurance.
How do I access my unit when I forget my Gate code or my Key?
You will only be able to access your unit if your name is the one the unit is registered to. Identification will be required. Spouses and children of the renter of the unit will not be allowed to access the unit without consent of the renter.
Do you offer moving trucks?
We no longer offer moving vehicles at Eagle Storage because we don't have enough extra space to keep the trucks at the facility.
Is there a pest problem?
No, we are the only self storage facility in the area to have professional pest treatments MONTHLY. We post the reports from the pros on the bulletin board in the front office.
